BOOKING & PAYMENT
We shall have the right to require full payment in advance or a deposit at the time of booking. No booking shall be treated as confirmed until the payment details and/or deposit have been provided.
Online payment made through our website is strictly non-refundable.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued and sent to the email address provided in your payment details. You MUST present your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Reception, together with your identification document (national registration identity card, passport, driver’s license or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (48) hours from the time of booking, please contact us.
Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the credit card used for payment of the booking during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.
The ‘Guest’ named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
All outstanding charges must be paid for in full on check-out process. If staying for multiple nights we may require you to make payment for any outstanding charges on a more frequent basis during your stay.

The rates quoted are based on per room per night. The prices displayed on the websites are an average per room per night. Any meals or service are included only if specified.
All room rates are net price.
Cancellation or non-arrival will result in the forfeiture of the prepayment.
In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference; their passport/identity card/driving license and a valid credit or debit card which will be swiped in the presence of the card holder. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime. The information above may be requested for each member of your party. We reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
Unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation, Guests may check-in at any time from 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled day of arrival. Any non-secured reservation will be held until 6.00 p.m. on the day of arrival at which time we will be entitled to re-let the room, unless the guest has notified the us of a late arrival.
On the day of departure we kindly ask all guests to vacate their rooms by 12:00 noon. Late check-out after this time can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at half of the room rate until 6:00 PM. Any extension beyond 6:00 PM will be charged the full room rate.
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year some of our venue may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact us directly in advance of your stay for further information.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times, to comply with establishment’s rules and regulations, respect for the property, its employees and guests and their health and safety. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the property if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
PARKING AT OWN RISK:
Parking for registered guest(s) is free. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. Baanpong Lodge shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked on the property. If a vehicle is left in the parking lot after the guest has departed without the written consent of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. No vehicle repairs on hotel premises.
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the rooms or any enclosed areas inside the establishment. Smoking is allowed in open areas of the property only.
All children (a person under 18 years of age) staying at the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Extra beds are available in most of our properties. However, these are limited and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please check at the time of booking.
Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, public areas, pool area or inside spaces. They can only pass through them to enter or exit the guest room. Pets can accompany their owners on the terrace, as long as they are properly leashed and do not represent a problem for the other guests.
Baanpong Lodge accepts no liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is prevented or affected directly or indirectly by or as a result of force majeure or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, extreme adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, other acts of God, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water, or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
LOST & FOUND POLICY
Baanpong Lodge assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately +66(0)53- 036105 and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
Baanpong Lodge is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to fourteen (14) days. Reasonable effort will be made to notify the guest that an item has found. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries are discarded.
We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by Thai Postal Service. You will be charged packaging and postage, plus a 300THB handling fee. A separate receipt will be mailed to you. Baanpong Lodge is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the Thai Postal Service.
RIGHT TO REFUSE ACCOMMODATION
Baanpong Lodge reserves the right to refuse accommodation to you or any person(s) without any notice and terminate any booking without being liable for any refund or compensation for the following reasons:
-the booking has been paid through fraudulent means
-the booking has been altered by anyone other than Baanpong Lodge or Baanpong Lodge’s authorises agent or has been tampered with or the Booking Confirmation has been defaced (in which case Baanpong Lodge reserves the right to retain such booking documentation)
-the person checking in is not or cannot prove that he/she is the person named in the Booking Confirmation as permitted under the provisions of these Terms and Conditions
