The Stone Cottage

Built by hand from natural stone, eight-sided, in a private valley 500 metres from the rest of the lodge.

Rates depend on the season and how long you stay — tell us your dates and we’ll send you a price. Longer stays cost less per night.

A cottage with its own valley

Eighty square metres, sleeping up to four, surrounded by shade trees and a rolling lawn, looking out at the mountains on every side.

Downstairs

A living area with a deep leather sofa, a large TV and a sound system you can play your own music through as loudly as you like — there is nobody near enough to mind. The dining space has a bar counter that opens straight outside.

There is a rustic kitchen stocked for self-catering, a pantry sized for long stays, a walk-in wardrobe, a bunk-bed area and a bathroom.

Upstairs

A loft bedroom with a king-size bed and 360-degree views over the misty mountains and the jungle canopy.

Outside

A wide, partly shaded patio with a dining table and daybeds — the part of the cottage most guests end up using most.

The main lodge, 500 metres away

Whatever length of stay, everything there is open to you: the pool, the restaurant and bar, the pool table and darts, and a convenience store. We can arrange motorcycle rental for getting around the countryside, and the Wi-Fi is fast at both ends.
