Mornings here are birds and the air coming off the mountains. The loudest thing on the lane is the occasional scooter.

The hot springs, Muang On cave, two golf courses, Bo Sang and the jungle trails are all nearer to us than to the Old City. See what is around us.

Two-storey loft chalets, single-floor deluxe rooms with no stairs between the car and the bed, and family junior suites with a bunk room — from 32 to 65 square metres. There is also a hand-built 80 square metre stone cottage.

- Why is there no price on the website?

Because it depends on the season, the room and how long you stay, and we would rather talk to you than publish a rate card that suits nobody. Send us your dates and we will come back with a price. Longer stays cost less per night.
- How far out is it, really?

About 25–30 km east of the old city, in San Kamphaeng. That is 20–25 minutes from the airport and 30–45 minutes into town depending on traffic.
- Do I need a car?

No, but you need a plan. We can arrange an airport transfer (roughly 800–1,200 THB); Grab and Bolt run out here and into the city for about 450–650 THB each way. We can also arrange a motorcycle rental. Getting around, in full.
- Can we bring the children?

Yes. The family junior suites have a king bed for the parents and an adjoining room with bunk beds, and the pool has space enough for children to be children.
- What time is check-in?

From 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00.
